We recently retained the services of an interstate architect Carolyn Kleesh who has prepared concept plans for the future redevelopment of BBTB. Carolyn Kleesh's work to date is attached. We have not as yet taken the next step of submitting an application for development to the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council or undertaking any development work. We are presently undertaking costing and budgetary type work in preparation for a development.
